New bridge on M McKinney

The collective was out in force to place a fine 85' fiberglass bridge at Capitol. The bridge was erector set construction on site. One day assembly. Getting it across the stream was the test. A clone brought his boom truck out and a coil of 1" wire rope. With the truck way above the creek, we pulled the cable down to the water, got a rope from the other side, and pulled it across. It was secured to a heritage Fir on the other bank and tensioned. With a snatch block on the now skyline, straps on the bridge, the cable was brought up lifting the bridge up. Was a too easy manuever of pushing the bridge across the river as it hung from the cable. Setting it on the 8x8 wood piers was easy. Was decked with 3" planks. Ready for fine epics now on that side of the forest. Cheers to the clones and their friends at the DNR.
